True & irrelevant. If NY banned ag commodity futures, but expressly carved out soybeans, that wouldn't successfully make it illegal to trade corn. Congress gave CFTC express jurisdiction to regulate futures, including event futures. Hochul's just guarding a favored lobby's moat.

In NY Constitution prohibition is the default Article 1 S 9 bans gambling except for specific carve-outs & anything not expressly authorized is illegal. Trying to create a fake gray zone where “Assembly didn’t contemplate it” is so lol. Yeah that’s means NOT authorized in NY

Starting to wonder if @mattkalish is a paid Kalshi foil. i.e. hysterically holler the opposition's talking points in the least compelling way. Wouldn't put it past either party and the results have probably been pretty good. Kudos to you both.

But Matt’s ranting has been going on for months and is only getting worse, so we’ve built the first dashboard to track how unhinged Matt has been in the past 24 hours.

Every day at 8am ET, the dashboard:

1. Pulls all new tweets from Matt’s X account.

2. Then an AI model:

   1. Decides on the index score, i.e. how unhinged Matt was the past day.

   2. Writes a quick summary.

   3. Updates the most unhinged tweet of the week, if applicable.
